Three bodies. One Cyr wheel. No desire to go solo.

DOUDOUNES is the explosive encounter between three circus artists and a Cyr wheel that is usually meant for one. Here, they share it, fight over it, hang from it, hide inside it, and launch themselves with it. As a trio, virtuosity becomes a collective playground. Acrobatics emerge unexpectedly, trajectories collide, and balance is constantly renegotiated.

Set in a cartoon-inspired world brought to life by live music, clarinet, homemade percussion, and a megaphone, everything is created in the moment: the falls, the momentum, the silences, and the bursts of laughter. Balancing technical precision with joyful absurdity, DOUDOUNES strips away the Cyr wheel's aura of solemnity to celebrate the power of doing things together. Squabbling, supporting one another, conspiring against gravity—and, above all, inviting the audience along for the ride. Because going it alone is no longer an option: here, everything spins better together.
